In August Legal Alliance Company supported dismissal of two unscrupulous employees of an American innovative pharmaceutical company in Ukraine.
The main tasks for Legal Alliance team were minimization of impact of the labor conflict on other company employees and preventing the internal conflict from being referred to the court.
Notwithstanding quite outdated legislation which does not meet the needs of the current labor relations between the employer and employee, lawyers of Legal Alliance Company, due to proper preparation of documents taking into consideration current trends of court practice in the area of labor law and well-conducted negotiations, managed to avoid labor conflict escalation in the Client’s company and persuade currently ex-employees that it is necessary to terminate labor relations upon the parties’ consent to prevent more negative consequences of dismissal for the latter.
Illya Kostin, partner at Legal Alliance Company, and Yaroslav Furiaka, junior associate, participated in the dismissal of the Client’s employees.
