Starting from April 2019 Legal Alliance Company continued to provide legal support of activities of USAID / SAFEMed administered by Management Sciences for Health (MSH). The program is aimed at creating a HTA entity/function, National Essential Medicines list implementation and quantification methodology improvement for public procurement of medicines.
Upon the tender, Legal Alliance Company has been selected again as a legal advisor to SAFEMed project on provision of technical assistance to the Government of Ukraine, Ministry of Health and the National Healthcare Service. Lawyers of the company will provide legal support in order to strengthen governance within the pharmaceutical sector of Ukraine, optimize the financing of the pharmaceutical sector and increase the availability and appropriate use of medicines in Ukraine as a part of public health reform process.
"SAFEMed – is a project important for Ukraine which allows settling tasks related to further reforming of the pharmaceutical sector in the following areas: reimbursement, combatting falsified medicines, introduction of medical technologies assessment in Ukraine.
