This week Legal Alliance Company has won competition for elaboration of legal act on the Project “System for improved access to pharmaceuticals and services program” (SIAPS).
The Project aims to supporting of Ukrainian government in issue of improvement of effectiveness and transparence in public purchasing system for medicinal products, in particular, by complying of National list of main medicinal products and medical devices with international standards. The act was elaborated earlier, but it should be renewed to be used as a basis for public purchase and reimbursement.
Project group will be headed by Partner Dmytro Aleshko, who has vast experience in application of rule-making projects in the sphere of healthcare. In particular, Mr. Aleshko heads work legal group on drafting of new version of the Law of Ukraine “On medicinal products” at present.
The project SIAPS is implemented by global non-governmental organization “Management Sciences for Health” for grant money from United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
