Legal Alliance defended client in the case of the abolition of tax assessment

In the long proceeding tax attorneys of the Legal Alliance Company defended interests of client in the Court of Appeal and the Court of first instance. Our team represented one of the largest companies in the field of investment in Ukraine with wide international business to invest in securities.

Additional charge for Client has been associated with unfounded suspicions of supervisory authority in connection with a fake company. Deep analysis of the criminal case materials has allowed to establish the reality of all disputed transactions and their economic orientation.

Division of the State Tax Service in court sought to challenge the decision of the trial court in favor of the Client, which was abolished tax charge over half a million UAH. However, having heard the comments of the parties and third parties, the Court of Appeal upholds the first instance decision and dismissed the appeal of the State Tax Service, thus confirming the legal position of the Legal Alliance Company.

Settled judicial practice will allow in future to defend the interests of taxpayers with illegal claims supervisors.
