On October 21 Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal confirmed the legal opinion of «Legal Alliance» associates in the case on debt enforcement under the contract on execution of major repair works for 82 social facilities in Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The key aspect of the case became the conditional clause of the contract on the executed works payment, and the issue of insuring payment commitments and liabilities for nonfulfillment of the obligations.
In April of 2015 the Commercial Court of Kyiv having studied the numerous documents folios confirming the execution of major repair works, made a decision on debt enforcement for the state budget in the amount of more than one and a half million hryvnya.
The court of appeal also provided its legal opinion regarding the evidence in the case and has left the first-instance court decision in force.
