In April results of tender for provision of legal support to the Project on Introduction of the National List of Essential Medicines and Creation of the Agency of Medical Technologies Assessment (MTA) in Ukraine, carried by Management Sciences for Health within the framework of USAID / SAFEMed, became known.
Upon the tender, team of Legal Alliance Company has been selected as a legal adviser of SAFEMed project on technical aid to the Government of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health and the Expert Committee for Selection and Use of Essential Medicines for increasing transparency of pharmaceutical system of Ukraine, consultations on approval of the National Medicines Policy, development of regulatory basis for creation and operation of the MTA Agency, legal support to the processes related to functioning of the National List of Essential Medicines and transition to the electronic document flow model.
