The international non-governmental organization ”Management Sciences for Health” (MSH), implementing the project “System for improved access to pharmaceuticals and services program” (SIAPS) for grant money from United States Agency for International Development (USAID), has extended the contract for legal services with Legal Alliance Company for 2016, entrusting Legal Alliance Company the development of a package of documents concerning the Essential Medicines List.
The Project aims to supporting of Ukrainian government in issue of improvement of effectiveness and transparence in public purchasing system for medicinal products, in particular, by complying of National list of main medicinal products and medical devices with international standards.
Group of experts is headed by Partner Dmytro Aleshko, who has significant experience in application of rule-making projects in the sphere of healthcare.
