According to the investigation, official negligence was the subject of criminal proceedings, in which the client was suspected of official negligence in the payment of court and enforcement fee while protecting the interests of a state-owned enterprise (SOE) in court.
The prosecution contends that the damage was done to the enterprise, however the position of attorneys of Legal Alliance, the defense, is based on facts that completely deny the charges. At present, the criminal proceedings have been brought before the court and judicial investigation continues.
