Recently Legal Alliance Company has defended representative office of a pharmaceutical company in Ukraine from unreasonable charges by the State Fiscal Service of failure to submit tax reports to the authority.
Tax agents thought that they had detected that the non-commercial representative office had engaged in commercial activities notwithstanding its status and therefore had to show income in its tax reports.
