The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 3136-IX dated 30.05.2023 updated a number of provisions of the previous version of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" (the "Law"). Most of the provisions came into force last year, another part – from 1st January 2024, and certain provisions related to the implementation of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Medicines" (No. 2469-IX dated 28 July 2022) will come into force 30 months after the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
