The "Bolar Rule" is a provision that does not recognize as an infringement of a patent for an original medicinal product the actions taken by the applicant of a generic medicinal product (analogue of an original medicinal product) for the purpose of conducting trials and state registration of such medicinal product until the expiry of the patent.
