On 5 September, the webinar was held on "Regulatory changes for pharma in 2023. Prospects for 2024". The event was organised by Legal Alliance law firm in partnership with Proxima Research, the European Business Association, the Association of Manufacturers of Innovative Medicines "APRaD", as well as several associations of pharmaceutical manufacturers. During the event, the participants discussed the issues of the procurement of medicines, advertising of medicines and medical devices, Health Technology Assessment, creation of a single regulatory authority in the pharmaceutical sector, etc.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
