LA Law Firm (earlier Legal Alliance) held a webinar on the topic "Regulatory changes for pharmaceutical sector in 2024. Conclusions and forecasts". During the event, the participants discussed changes in the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) procedure, regulation of prices for medicines, the Prozorro Market Electronic Catalogue (hereinafter – the E-catalogue), regulatory plans to change approaches to the circulation of dietary supplements, etc.
The event focused on the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector on its path toward European integration.
